For activation errors, "used too many times" messages, and other license code issues.


Use the in-app Get Support button first

Every activation error dialog in our apps includes a Get Support button. Please use it — it automatically pre-fills your license code, app version, and system info, which makes it much faster for us to help. Only use this form if you can't access the app at all.

This form is for license code issues only. For questions about using an app, please visit the support page for that specific app.
You're submitting this over the weekend. Reply times are longer outside business hours — we'll get back to you at the start of next week at the latest.
Find this in the About window: open the app menu in the menu bar and select About.

Reply times: please allow 24 work hours. We're faster during Mon–Fri business hours.

Just lost your license code?
You can retrieve it directly in the app — open the license dialog and click "Lost License Code?" to have it resent to your email. No need to contact support.
Activation error in the app?
Every error dialog includes a Get Support button that pre-fills all the relevant details automatically. It's the fastest way to get help.
"Used too many times"?
Deactivate the license on your old Mac first: open the app's menu bar menu (the bold item with the app name) and choose the deactivation option. Then try activating on the new machine.
Free or discounted upgrade?
If you're entitled to an upgrade, you need a new license code — your old one won't work in the new version. Use the upgrade link on the app's webpage or inside the app to retrieve it.
